All orders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage.
If your mailing address includes a P.O. Box, please include that number to ensure smooth delivery.

We want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, here’s what you need to know:

Returns:
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Jewelry must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for damaged or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your jewelry arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we’ll happily replace it at no cost.

How to Return:
Simply contact us via our Shopify contact form or email with your order number, and we’ll provide instructions for a smooth return.
